Click and collect Orders

Our click and collect orders are based in Townsville only. 

Location: our click and collect orders can be collected in Annandale, Townsville. 

We will contact you for collection details.  

Postage AU wide 

We use Australia Post nationally.

In stock shipping 2-3 days to be shipped. Made to order 1-2 weeks turnaround. If you order in stock and made to order items they will be delivered together within the actual turnaround. Standard Australian Post shipping $10.95

If you ordered an item in stock and an item made to order, your full order will be shipped together.

We do not provide any refund if Australia Post has lost your parcel/ order. 

The delivery time is beyond our control as we cannot assure a time a delivery unless mutually agreed between the customer & Heartfelt Kreations.
